No Return or Exchange
All sales on Haradhara are final.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Customers are advised to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before completing their order.
Color and Appearance Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product images as accurately as possible.
However, due to variations in lighting, photography, and individual screen settings, the actual color or appearance of the product may slightly differ from what is shown online.
Haradhara is not responsible or liable for any such differences in color or appearance.
Damages and Issues
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@haradhara.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Please note, replacement (if applicable) will be considered only in genuine cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
Refunds
As returns are not accepted, refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.
Refunds will only be processed in the event of order cancellation by Haradhara (for example, if an item is unavailable or the shipment cannot be fulfilled).
In such cases, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
